Deposit & refund policy
$25 deposit per booking
A flat $25 deposit secures your slot at time of booking. The deposit is applied directly to your final invoice — it is not an extra fee.
Free cancellation 48 hours out
Cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment and we'll refund your deposit, no questions asked.
Inside 48 hours
Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours forfeit the deposit. We hold that slot for you and turn other customers away — appreciate the understanding.
Weather & emergencies
Severe weather or genuine emergencies? Just reach out. We're reasonable people and will make it right.
